Effective date: 2026-10-09 · These terms govern your use of the OCOMX Shopify app ("the App"). By installing the App you accept them.
OCOMX ("we") provides a demand-validation and hedging engine for Shopify merchants: it aggregates unmet demand from product reviews, renders product concepts, collects deposits through your own Shopify checkout, and either compiles a first purchase order when a campaign's threshold is met, or delists the product and refunds every deposit when a campaign times out.
If you configure voice chasing, outbound calls to factories or buyers are placed through Twilio on numbers you control. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by the called parties and by Twilio's acceptable-use policy. Without configured credentials the feature stays in DRY-RUN and writes logs only.
The App is offered under the plans published on its Shopify App Store listing (monthly billing, with annual billing available at a discount). Prices and plan contents may change with notice through the App Store listing. App Store billing, taxes and refunds of subscription fees follow Shopify's billing terms.
We process store and order data only to deliver the App's features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you uninstall the App (app/uninstalled). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
We target high availability (monitored service with automatic restart and alerting) but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Support: [email protected].
The App supports decisions with real evidence; it does not guarantee that any campaign will meet its threshold, that products will sell, or that suppliers will perform. Demand risk that the hedge rules do not absorb remains yours.
You may uninstall the App at any time; this deletes stored tokens and install records. We may suspend the App for non-payment or abuse of Shopify's platform.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
