October 2026 App Store submission line

• Listing & go-live surface: App Store assets finalized (12-point asset gate), demo screencast published at /media/ocomx-demo.mp4 (seekable, byte-range supported), App icon and banner synced, public pricing plans live (Basic / Advanced / Flagship, monthly or annual).
• Verified install: end-to-end OAuth install on a development store — token exchange, 3 webhooks registered, live Admin API connection check written to the install record.
• Decision Space: the root surface now investigates live market evidence and reports decision readiness (READY / WAIT); it refuses to fabricate data when providers are unavailable.
• Operations: supervised daemon with 5-minute self-healing, crash alerting with an out-of-band channel and dead-man switch, one-command deploy with automatic rollback.
• Docs: this site gained Tutorial, FAQ, Documentation and Terms pages alongside the Privacy Policy.

September 2026 core engine line

• Hedge state machine: SUCCESS on threshold → PO/BOM compilation (deposits × safety factor, MOQ and lead-time constraints); timeout → MITIGATE (delist + full refunds). Every transition is persisted for audit and resumes after restart.
• Demo mode: the historic pipeline page at /demo renders the deposit-campaign UI. Its data endpoints (/apps/pae-api/*) require a signed Shopify App Proxy request, so an anonymous visit shows an empty shell — it is no longer presented as a credential-free demo. The credential-free live surface today is public market evidence.
• Shopify integration: OAuth install flow, App Proxy signature verification, theme-app-extension deposit block, webhook idempotency (replayed deposits are ignored).
• Insight: review paste (English/Chinese) → TF-IDF cosine clustering into unmet-demand clusters with design proposal + render prompt; AIGC rendering via mock / ComfyUI / Ray providers.
• M2H voice: Twilio voice chasing for factory/buyer nodes with DRY-RUN fallback when no numbers are configured.
• Finance: nightly SKU-level reconciliation with tax-refund alignment and ≤0.01% tolerance.
• Privacy: public privacy policy covering every data flow in the engine.
